This month's "5 in 5" is about fitness and exercise for the "mature" gym goer 🙂 I interviewed John Roth who teaches a senior fitness program called Forever Fit, which is specifically designed for seniors. You are never too old to exercise, as a matter of fact, the older you get, the more important it is to keep exercising.
We are offering "Forever Fit" classes here at Stevenson Fitness on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:30pm and we are currently doing an incredible promotion for the "experienced" fitness enthusiast.
