Season 1

Collectively, the members of Just Lose It – Season 1 lost over 66 pounds and 63 inches in ONLY 6 WEEKS!

Season 2
Just Lose It – Season 2 participants lost 192 pounds and 140 inches! We are so proud of all of you! Way to go!

Season 3
Just Lose It – Season 3 wrapped up on Monday, August 19th! Congratulations to all of our participants! Combined they lost 144.8 pounds and 170.5 inches in 6 weeks! You rocked it!

Season 4
Season 4 of Just Lose It wrapped up with great results! The nine Season 4 participants combined lost 88.4 pounds and 117.5 inches. So impressed by all of you!!!

Season 5
Season 5 wrapped with HUGE success! The eleven Season 5 participants together lost 120.8 pounds and 143.75 inches! Congratulations!

Season 6

Our most impressive season to date, our Season 6 participants lost an average of 18 pounds each!  Additionally, our Just Lose It Lite participants lost an average of 13.5 pounds each!
