What prompted you to sign up for Just Lose It? My friends were doing it, so we did it together. They had done it once before and had success, and I was always having trouble losing the last 5 pounds.

How did you benefit from doing Just Lose It? I lost way more than what I ever thought possible. I felt great. I am working my way back to where I ended, kinda fell off the wagon at the end of the year. Also, I learned a lot about nutrition, that I have worked into my and my family’s daily routine.

What are the two most significant improvements that have resulted from your Just Lose It experience? I eat way better, I know I can lose the weight I just have to be motivated.

If a potential member was on the fence about whether to do Just Lose It or not, what would you say to them? Go for it!!! You have nothing to lose (no pun intended).

“DO IT!  It is totally worth the investment of money and time!”

What prompted you to sign up for Just Lose It? For the first time in my life, I felt OLD and lethargic. I was 30 pounds overweight and needed some motivation to change how I felt. It has never been my personality to feel like Eeyore, but there I was. Change was in order.

Lady with a scale How did you benefit from doing Just Lose It? I lost 14 pounds during the program, and continued to lose weight afterward. I did eventually lose 30 pounds – it took me the 6 weeks of the program plus 3 additional months on my own still following what the program taught me.

What are the two most significant improvements that have resulted from your Just Lose It experience?
1. The ability to maintain the fitness and weight loss
2. A regular routine of working out regularly with my BFF, Juliana! We still kick ass every weekday at 5:00 AM and on the weekends!

If a potential member was on the fence about whether to do Just Lose It or not, what would you say to them?  DO IT!!! It is totally worth the investment of money and time. Plus, the cost is a HUGE motivator to succeed and keep the weight off! Working with a team keeps you accountable and helps make sure you stay on track. The trainers are hard, but only in a way to HELP you. They are all so positive. I still love Phil 1 1/2 years later!

What prompted you to sign up for Just Lose It?  I signed up for Just Lose It because of several reasons:

1. I  was frustrated of my yo-yo dieting and thought the knowledge and accountability would be crucial in my success.

2. I enjoy working out and knew small groups would be key, due to the personalized training and encouragement of other participants and again accountability. An added benefit was I made some new great friends doing the program.

How did you benefit from doing Just Lose It? The benefits were I lost weight and learned how to eat. I felt so great about myself and gave me the confidence that even though I have gained the weight back & not right away it was over time, I have that knowledge forever.

What are the two most significant improvements that have resulted from your Just Lose It experience?  Never really “diet anymore” just try to eat clean.  Eat every 3 to 4 hours, and not get over hungry which leads to binging. I drink a lot more water. Trying to work on the philosophy of all or nothing.

If a potential member was on the fence about whether to do Just Lose It or not, what would you say to them?  I would tell anyone who is on the fence to absolutely sign up for all the reasons above.  Plus, I just love Stevenson Fitness and all who work there. It really is such a positive and happy/friendly environment.
